Classes in the comfort of your own home are a wonderful way of developing your yoga practice...or beginning it!  Either one-to-one or in small groups, you have my undivided attention, to tailor the class exactly as you need, for YOUR body and abilities. 


There are various reasons why people chose one-to-one classes, including:
